Krista Boisvert, Owner/Founder
Having been in the pet care industry since 2012, Krista has gained valuable experience over the years. She studied Applied Animal Science at UNH, worked at a veterinary hospital, apprenticed with a trainer focusing on complex behavioral cases and attended grooming school. In her fleeting spare time, Krista started pet sitting and dog walking in 2012 as well. Fast forward to 2019 - The Daily Dog, LLC was officially born. Krista knew that it was time to launch full time into the pet care industry to add something unique and personalized for pets and their owners in New Hampshire's Seacoast. She is always completing continuing education courses and certifications - Krista firmly believes that continuous study keeps you working at your highest level and makes you a master at your craft.
When she’s not caring for pets, you can find Krista spending time with her husband, their daughter Indy, and their dog Remmy (he’s kind of a big deal around here).
Remmy, D.O.G (Director Of Good-times)
Remmy is basically the mascot here at The Daily Dog. He grew up with a mom for a pet sitter, so he’s used to dogs of all shapes and sizes coming in and out. Remmy has learned over the years how to be the best assistant & plays with dogs who want to play, but is also totally fine just co-existing with dogs that would rather just hang out casually. He is a big help with keeping dogs entertained and happy while at The Daily Dog head quarters.
When he’s not “working”, you can find Remmy outside in the backyard waiting for a bird to fly by or snuggled up on the couch taking a well deserved nap.
